The role

We are looking for a Director of Business Development to drive our growth as the first-choice VDR provider in Brazil. Based in São Paulo and reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you'll lead a high-performing sales team to foster key partnerships, explore untapped verticals, and continue our stand-out growth performance. Your insight and initiatives will redefine the industry with industry-leading tech solutions while ensuring an exceptional client experience.

We seek a proven sales leader with a track record of individual contribution. The role is ultimately responsible for the growth of the region and requires a passionate, value-based selling-focused leader who can balance team development and individual contribution. As a manager, you will play an active role in generating new business revenue by leading by example, managing sales operations, and coaching team members. Using a data approach to targeting your territory, you will need to analyse sales metrics continuously to inform strategies and coach your team to exceed targets.
