Camping World is seeking a Technician Detailer for our growing team. This is a hybrid role for the dealership, where the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and thorough, with skills in light mechanical work. Responsibilities include cleaning RVs, prepping them for customer purchase, and performing light mechanical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Clean RVs inside and outside
- Prep RV for customer purchase and showroom floor
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform light mechanical work such as installing batteries, applying putty sticks, applying silicone, helping hang awnings, etc
- May cross train to perform other duties (driving forklifts, etc.)
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in light mechanical work
- Must possess a strong attention to detail
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending
- May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
- Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
- Housekeeping or car detailing experience
- Valid Driver's License
