What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for dental hygienists across multiple states
- Partner with Regional Directors and office leadership teams to understand staffing needs and culture
- Conduct candidate outreach through calls, texts, and emails while ensuring timely follow-ups
- Develop and execute creative recruiting campaigns and social media content to increase applicant flow
- Support in-person and virtual recruiting events, university outreach, and community networking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (healthcare or dental preferred)
- Strong social media management and content creation skills (Reels, TikTok, Canva, etc.)
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
- Comfortable working non-traditional hours to align with West Coast operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) degree is a plus
