Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment. ? Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts. ? Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments. ? Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. ? Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt. Minimum Requirements ? High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor?s degree preferred. ? Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. ? Prior call center experience / bookkeeping a plus. ? Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus. Benefits ?
