As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customer-facing operations run smoothly and our customers receive exceptional support. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work from our office in San Francisco or New York for 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) and offers flexibility to work from anywhere for the remaining 2 days. We believe that some of our best ideas and collaborations happen when we are together in person, and we prioritize time in the office for team connection, collaboration, and momentum. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and work-life balance, and we offer the option to work from anywhere for part of the week.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers. You should have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and identify appropriate solutions. Additionally, you should be able to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly to changes in a fast-paced environment.
