Minimum of 1 year call center experience required ? Minimum of 6 months technical support experience required ? Minimum of year customer service experience required ? Ability to multi-task and navigate between multiple windows or within web-based applications ? Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues ? Strong written and oral communication skills ? Problem-solving skills ? Dedicated area to work from in your home ?
