Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Present findings in a way that highlights insights, trends, and business impact
- Apply strong data visualization principles to create intuitive, user-friendly dashboards
- Support data governance, documentation, and data quality processes
- Assist with ad hoc analyses and business requests as needed
Skills
- 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role
- Foundational SQL querying skills and understanding of relational databases
- Proficiency with Power BI and strong Excel skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to think both analytically and strategically - comfortable digging into details while understanding the broader business context
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new tools, concepts, and industry knowledge
- Experience with Python, R, and/or DAX is an asset
