The Work 

The Customer Experience (CX) Operations team at Lexipol is dedicated to providing customer-focused insights that inform strategic decision-making, optimize customer engagement, and enhance retention. Our team collaborates with other divisions within the larger CX organization, including Professional Services, Customer Support, and Solutions, while also working closely with partners in Sales and Product. We’re looking for a Data Analyst to develop data-driven insights and actionable analytics to drive success across the customer journey. This position is remote, #LI-Remote.

Compensation and Benefits 

Lexipol offers a competitive base salary, monthly, quarterly, or annual incentive and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with Company match and a flexible paid time off plan. 

The base salary compensation range starts at $70,000 plus an annual performance-based bonus. 

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Hourly rate for this role is $36.40, depending on experience.
