Job Summary
As a CVS Health Part-Time Retail Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and supporting our pharmacy staff. Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating and addressing customer needs, and resolving potential issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver personalized customer experiences, offering warm and friendly greetings, and providing assistance with finding products and services.
- Accurately process transactions, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including restocking shelves, receiving merchandise, and updating pricing information.
- Support opening and closing store activities, as needed, and contribute to a safe and secure work environment.
- Provide customer service across all departments, including pharmacy, photo, and beauty, ensuring that facilities are fully stocked and functional.
- Assist pharmacy staff, as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy to support career development and growth.
- Promote and advocate for new CVS Health services and loyalty programs, aligning with our mission to help people on their path to better health.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and apply visual acuity to perform tasks such as reading and visual examination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn CVS Health systems.
