We are looking for a dynamic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. This is a multi-channel role where you’ll pivot between helping existing customers and hunting for new opportunities. You won’t just be answering phones; you’ll be the voice (and keyboard) of multiple brands across every platform. What You’ll Be Doing - Omni-Channel Support: Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries via phone, live chat, and email. - Social Media Interaction: Respond to comments and direct messages on our social platforms with speed and personality. - Outbound Lead Gen: Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and prospects to fuel our growth  The Ideal Candidate - The Tech-Savvy Multitasker: You can juggle three chat windows, an email draft, and a CRM update without breaking a sweat. - The Wordsmith: You have a sharp eye for grammar and a tone that is professional yet approachable. - The Closer: You aren't afraid of the "ask." You enjoy the challenge of turning a prospect into a customer. - The Focused Competitor: You are disciplined enough to stay productive at home and/or in the office and strive to exceed attainment of performance metrics. Requirements - Previous experience in a call center, sales, or digital customer service role environment - High-speed internet and a quiet, private, dedicated workspace if working remotely. - Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required). - Experience with CRM databases is a major plus, as well as computer typing competency - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
