Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and brokers, providing timely and accurate information regarding their insurance policies, payments, and other related inquiries.
• Research and resolve customer or broker questions and problems, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Perform daily assigned work with a primary emphasis on call center activities, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle agency licensing tasks, including registering new brokers, processing address changes, and agency mergers.
• Follow up with other departments to resolve problem files and ensure that customer issues are addressed.
• Input data into a desktop database for all incoming calls, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Essential Qualifications
