TPD® Workforce Solutions is a highly established leading construction company seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative or Dispatcher. The role involves assigning work, answering calls from technicians and client dispatchers, and ensuring work is completed safely and on time with a high degree of quality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily workload in assigned geographical areas to ensure customers’ requirements are met
- Handle inbound calls from technicians and offer assistance as required to manage workload and outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up-to-date and accurate
- Handle inbound calls from client dispatch teams to ensure effective coordination of resources and clear communication between teams
- Complete outbound calls to technicians to ensure job status information is up to date and accurate
- Creation and management of reports, tracking unique bookings, system errors, etc
Skills
- Prior work experience in Customer Service (or Dispatching)
- Excellent customer service focus, with an ability to work collaboratively with others to influence outcomes
- Ability to work under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced environment
- A stable Internet connection and the ability to work from home
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
