Winland Foods seeks a Customer Service and Fulfillment Intern to support order coordination and cross-department collaboration in a hybrid work setting.
Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
• Coordinate with internal functions including supply chain, brand, sales, transportation, warehousing, credit, and IT
• Work directly with multiple systems and electronic data interchange processes
• Communicate and resolve order fulfillment opportunities
• Gain experience in business acumen and leadership
• Engage with site leadership through ‘Lessons from Leaders’ sessions
• Receive exposure to manufacturing and/or distribution operations
• Manage daily and project work with organizational and time management skills
• Work with SAP, a large ERP system
• Develop presentation skills by providing presentations to the Commercial Leadership Team
About You
The company is looking for:
• 2 - 3 years of progress towards a bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a closely related major
• Overall and major GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and ability to interact with multiple departments
• Ability to effectively interact with senior management
• Excellent organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
• $23.00 per hour
• Additional one-time lump sum payment to support expenses
• Full-time summer internship from May to August 2026
