About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent - Remote/Hybrid, you will be part of a team that reports to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.80, with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour. Grainger also offers a comprehensive benefits package, as outlined above.
