Gatekeeper is a SaaS-based Vendor and Contract Management Platform that uses Agentic AI to radically reduce costs, eliminate risk, and make Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams more productive in compliance-first mid-market organisations.


Since 2015, Gatekeeper has consistently achieved significant, profitable growth year over year with long-term customers such as Crocs, The Telegraph, and Autotrader.


To support our continued global growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to help spur further growth within our customer base.


As Customer Marketing Manager, you will report to the Product Marketing Lead within the broader Marketing team and play a pivotal role in the business as we seek to improve customers' experiences and drive more revenue from their ongoing relationship with Gatekeeper.


Working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Account Director teams, you will develop a deep understanding of customers’ challenges, encourage them to tell their stories, and turn that knowledge into compelling and timely communications across various formats.


You will operate with an AI-first mindset, using intelligent tools to streamline campaign planning, automate repetitive tasks, and generate timely, data-led insights. From content creation to customer engagement, you will embed AI into your daily marketing workflow to move faster, work smarter, and deliver greater impact.


Note: This is a fully remote position, open to applicants based in the UK.


Why this role exists

Gatekeeper just launched the contract, vendor and third‑party risk management industry’s first AI agents, under our AI layer LuminIQ. Our Lumin Agents sit inside our platform and take busy‑work off our customers’ hands, saving money, lowering risk and speeding up every task. Gatekeeper is on the bleeding edge of Agentic AI and you’ll be responsible for getting our customers using LuminIQ.

Demand is strong and growing, but each customer is at a different point on their journey. Your job is to guide every account to full value alongside the Account Management team. You'll directly support the Account Director (AD) team to spot new growth opportunities, make new opportunities throughout our customer accounts and ensure happy users spread the word. Net Revenue Retention (NRR) is your star metric, and we need to ensure it keeps climbing and our customers become AI‑native.
