About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative for blithequark Pharmacy, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with expert assistance and support via phone, email, and web interactions. Key Responsibilities
- Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical expertise is required.

Qualifications and Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older).
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- Proven multitasking abilities with phone and computer skills.
- Ability to submit and pass a pre-employment drug test.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
