Job Title: Digital Marketing Assistant Location: Irvine, CA... Hybrid/Remote: First few weeks will be fully on-site for initial onboarding, with flexibility for more remote work. Job Type: 1099 Contract - Starting at 6 months Hourly Rate: $20-40 an hour (compensation to commensurate with experience) Estimated 20 hours a week The individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies. Core responsibilities Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, Linkedin and display advertising campaigns Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Plan, execute, and measure experiments, conversion tests, and growth strategies Create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 5 years experience in digital marketing and advertising Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate. Content creation and management. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, and with A/B and multivariate experiments Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends), and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Working knowledge of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Team and Reporting Structure You will report to the company's CEO and Partner.
