CRM Campaign Specialist (QA & Campaign Management)
We’re hiring a detail‑obsessed CRM Campaign Specialist to own campaign execution and QA across email, push, and in‑app messaging.
You’ll ensure every campaign is accurate, personalized, and technically flawless—catching issues before they go live and optimizing the customer experience.
What you’ll do:
• Execute and QA CRM campaigns end‑to‑end
• Validate dynamic content (Liquid tags) and targeting logic
• Test across devices and channels
• Track issues, document QA findings, and flag risks
What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years with an ESP (Braze preferred)
• 1+ year in CRM QA across multiple channels
• HTML knowledge + tools like JIRA, Slack, G‑Suite
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
