Job Description:
• Manage contract documentation across prime and subcontract vehicles
• Track task orders, modifications, funding, and periods of performance
• Support development of labor rates and pricing models for federal work
• Build and maintain rate structures including direct labor, overhead, G&A, and profit
• Maintain labor category mappings and contract rate sheets
• Assist with prime and subcontract pricing alignment, including rate negotiations and subcontract financial coordination
• Track contract budgets and funding against execution
• Support job costing and contract-level profitability analysis
• Coordinate with accounting on billing structures, labor allocations, and cost tracking
• Monitor burn rates and financial performance across contracts
• Support pricing inputs and cost volumes for federal proposals
• Coordinate inputs across leadership and program teams
• Prepare and maintain pricing spreadsheets and supporting documentation
• Maintain internal tracking tools for contracts, pricing, and financial performance
Requirements:
• 5+ years supporting federal government contracts
• Strong understanding of FAR-based contracting
• Experience with labor rate development and pricing structures
• Experience with job costing or project-based financial tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Ability to work across contracts, finance, and program teams
