Position Overview – Remote Crisis Chat & Text Counselor

The Remote Crisis Chat & Text Counselor role is a full‑time, remote opportunity that reports to the Chat & Text Operations Manager. Starting on June 9, 2025, you will provide immediate, empathetic support to individuals reaching out via the 988 Lifeline chat and text backup network. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17‑$21, with shift differentials and a robust benefits package for full‑time staff.
