What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager who values transparency, follows established procedures, and thrives in a team-focused environment. You should be comfortable working a consistent 7.5-hour day and committed to delivering excellent client service.

Renewal & Policy Processes
• Deliver renewal policies via email
• Conduct midterm test audits on auditable policies
• Obtain renewal updates
• Assist clients with audit disputes
• Send XMOD projections
• Review & set up certificate templates
• Check all policies for accuracy
• Perform net rate calculations for Workers’ Comp
• Send pre-renewal notices for automatic renewals
• Utilize online rating systems
• Handle submissions (paper/email)
• Review and send final audits
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of Commercial Account Management experience
• Experience working in EPIC and Microsoft Office
• Experience managing a desk of commercial accounts averaging $50K in premium
• Ability to handle admitted accounts over $30K and all non-admitted business
• Experience managing 20–25 policy renewals per month
• Strong communication skills to work directly with business owners, controllers, and key decision-makers
• Sense of urgency and attention to detail
