We’re looking for A-Players to join our cold calling team – candidates who don’t just “dial for dollars” but build real connections and create opportunities where others see obstacles.
The Role
As a Cold Caller, you’ll be the first point of contact with property owners. Your job is not just to make calls – it’s to build rapport, listen carefully, and create trust. You’ll be responsible for generating warm leads for our acquisitions team by having meaningful conversations that uncover seller needs.
This is a performance-driven role with strong growth potential for those who consistently deliver results.

The ideal candidate will have:
• Exceptional emotional intelligence – able to connect with anyone, from a retiree in probate to a family facing foreclosure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – confident, clear, and personable.
• Out-of-the-box problem solving – creative responses, adaptive conversation flow, and logical follow-through.
• Resilience – thick skin to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
• Analytical mindset – able to identify seller motivation and qualify leads effectively.
• Some knowledge of real estate, especially distressed properties (inheritance, probate, foreclosure, etc.) is a plus.
• Previous cold calling, telemarketing, or sales experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls daily to property owners (leads provided).
• Engage sellers in meaningful conversations, focusing on rapport and trust.
• Identify motivation and gather key details about the property and seller situation.
• Accurately enter and update lead information in our CRM system.
• Work closely with acquisitions specialists to hand off qualified leads.
• Follow company scripts while also thinking creatively to overcome objections.
