Responsibilities
- Assist clients with technical challenges
- Help guide installs, modifies, and makes minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems
- Resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity
- Maintains system functionality by testing computer components
- Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware and software needs and assists in placing orders
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associates Degree in computer science, networking, or related degree preferred
- Certification as Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) highly preferred
- Experience in the use of mobile device web meeting application and a good experience in Android OS
