The Client Deliverable Specialist plays a key role in delivering high-quality work by coordinating and preparing client deliverables while supporting project workflows and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for client and internal meetings using established templates and tools
- Capture meeting outcomes by summarizing key decisions, updating action trackers, and supporting follow-up activities
- Support project coordination by helping keep timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track alongside the Director and project team
- Review client deliverables for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and formatting to ensure high-quality outputs
- Provide short-term coordination support when Project Managers are away, with clear guidance and team support
- Conduct external research and summarize insights to support client projects and internal learning
- Develop and document processes, insights, and procedural information in clear, accessible formats
- Contribute to client-facing and donor-facing materials (e.g., proposals, stewardship content, documentation, business rules)
- Support internal initiatives including documentation updates, process improvements, and light reporting
- Participate in annual planning and help refine project frameworks and internal processes
- Assist with materials for business development and client communications as needed
Skills
- Experience working in project-based and client-facing environments, ideally within consulting, marketing, or other cross-functional roles where deliverables and timelines are essential
