Description
First Impressions Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, S.C. is seeking a Certified Public Accountant to lead accounting and financial reporting for our growing, multi-location practice across Wisconsin. This role oversees the monthly close, consolidated financial statements, budgeting/forecasting, cash flow, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to deliver clear insights and strengthen internal controls and processes across all 12 locations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-driven, and experienced supporting multi-site operations in healthcare or a similar environment.
Location: This position is remote-work eligible with monthly in-person meetings and periodic site visits.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Active CPA license in state of WI.
- Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, GAAP, and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
