Skills
- High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information
- 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment
- Experience in Call Center environment desirable
- Experience and comfort with computers and internet highly desirable
