This team player will provide exceptional customer service while working on behalf of our new clients to ensure they have the support and services they need to be compliant with Food and Drug Administration food facility regulations.

Role Responsibilities

• Customer Communication: Communicate with international customers over the phone and via email
• Document Control: Retrieve and compile information as requested from records, emails, and other documents.
• Data Management: Perform administrative and data entry job functions, including analyzing and interpreting Microsoft Excel data and database management.
• Quality Assurance: Review forms, data, and other information to ensure accuracy and conformance to established procedures and policies.
• Regulatory Compliance: Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures to submit data to the federal government

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience working in customer service, administrative assistant, or data entry-driven role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to diagnose client needs and build relationships through a consultative approach.
