They are seeking an Automation Developer to manage moderate technical projects, code complex programs, and provide help desk support while working primarily in a remote environment with occasional onsite responsibilities in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities
- Acts as project managers for moderate technical projects; creates and updates project plans, issue logs, etc. in accordance with departmental standards
- Codes complex programs in required languages as defined in specifications prepared by DTS personnel or vendors
- Provides Help Desk support to resolve intermediate problems
- Independently modifies existing or creates new code to meet specific user requirements
- Performs project evaluation and/or installation, testing and support
- Prepares conversion documentation and mappings for moderate level system implementations
- Prepares formal change implementation plans and monitors their implementation
- Prepares unit, system and integrated test data to meet specified requirements and conducts testing
- Participates in the development and maintenance of change control methods
- Generates moderate to complex documentation, including design specifications, flow charts, etc
- Acts as resource to other team members, especially programmers and associate programmers
- Provides instruction on various technical topics to other staff members and assist in training intermediate and end-users

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Required
- At least one (1) year Relevant application and integration development experience Required
- Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of and expertise in the systems life cycle, system specific programming language, and project tracking software
- Exhibits In-depth knowledge of system specific programming language and proficiency of at least one programming language
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of project management and related tools
- Demonstrates competent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Exhibits knowledge of and contributes to developing best practices, policies and procedures
- Demonstrates the ability to create detailed work-related documentation and project and change management plans
- Exhibits the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Exhibits the ability to work with minimal supervision in support of team initiatives
- Demonstrates the ability to serve as a resource for other team members and to instruct other staff on various technical matters
- At least one (1) year within a healthcare environment
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development
- UiPath Expertise: Deep knowledge of UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
- UiPath Expertise: Proficiency with the REFramework (Robotic Enterprise Framework) and transaction processing
- Programming Skills: Strong background in .NET (C#/VB.NET) for custom code stages and standard manipulation logic
- Data Skills: Proficiency in SQL for database queries and data manipulation
- Certifications: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500)
- Scripting: Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell
- Soft Skills: Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business process owners
- Power Automate Expertise: Experience building Cloud Flows (DPA) and Desktop Flows (RPA/Power Automate Desktop)
- Power Automate Expertise: Familiarity with Dataverse and Power Platform environments
