Responsibilities
- Design and enhance the metrics and reporting for Research analyst performance tracking
- Guide Research analysts with client targeting and client engagement strategies by consolidating and analyzing large data sets
- Conduct data analytics to distill information into clear summaries and strategic insights for senior management
- Develop requirements and manage delivery for management data platforms
- Use Python to automate and streamline data process and emails generation
- Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the Research COO team
- Collaborate with team members and cross-divisional stakeholders in the US and overseas
Skills
- Requires a Master's in Marketing Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Requires one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year as a Data Analyst or a related role
- Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: SQL
- Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Python
- Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: Excel
- Requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: VBA
