Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation and execution of product roadmaps, product and packaging briefs, quoting, and go-to-market plans
- Conduct product, market, and competitive research to support new and existing initiatives
- Support product development by coordinating samples, specifications, and quoting inputs with sourcing and factories throughout the development process
- Manage and track projects across the product development lifecycle, helping maintain timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment
- Coordinate sales sample requests and support category trade shows and customer meetings
- Process, analyze, and compile financial and performance data (e.g., Power BI) for monthly meetings and business reviews
- Monitor online reviews and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities; collaborate with customer support and category teams to drive improvements
- Arrange shipping of samples and props for photo and video shoots and other marketing needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of marketing, or product-related experience; CPG experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experience with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Experience working with data, dashboards, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and translating data into insights
