Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a range of topics in social media and social justice communications, including communications strategies for social justice, social justice media, digital public relations, and campaigns
- Teach other courses in Advertising and Public Relations as needed
- Advise students and contribute to student success initiatives
- Participate in service to the university and community, including committee work and outreach efforts
- Teach both in-residence and online as needed
Education and Experience:
Candidates for the position should have:
- A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., advertising, public relations, communications)
- A record of relevant professional experience in social media communications
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations and contribute to a culture of inclusive excellence
Preferred Qualifications:
