Work Location: This role is onsite only and will be performed at the Akumin Indy Warehouse located at: 703 N Graham Rd Greenwood, IN 46143 The Asset Management Specialist supports the Mobile organization by ensuring timely and effective asset deployment and decommissions, providing warehouse support and oversight, and collaborating with Operations, Logistics and Equipment Services to develop and maintain accurate datasets for the org. This individual will need to be a trusted partner of the Sales and Operations teams to ensure assets are properly tracked, deployed, transferred, and retired in alignment with business needs. The specialist needs to be able to be an onsite resource of the Director of Asset Management and operate with minimal oversight to accomplish overall Asset Management initiatives. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with Operations teams on the deployment process for new assets to their regions, ensuring timelines, specifications, and deliverables are met. Partner with Equipment Services and our vendors to monitor repairs of existing assets including timelines and tracking of the data in the repair dashboard. Perform FAST audits for all assets that come through the Akumin Warehouse and provide support for both the FAST and Audit processes overall. Assist with the decommissioning of assets as needed Maintain the Inventory Management System for all parts and supplies stored at the Akumin Warehouse. Facilitate parts fulfillment and shipping to both Mobile and Fixed locations. Provide backup support for the Akumin Warehouse when needed, but especially during periods when the onsite facility manager is out or supporting AXIS implementations. Assist with the Maintenance of the Asset Management data that resides in the various company databases including VSI, USD, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc. Support the development and oversight of Asset Profiles Position Requirements: Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience 3-5 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related field. Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a self-directed manner with minimal onsite oversight. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data and systems. Preferred: National certification in nuclear medicine, diagnostic CT or MRI. Healthcare, Imaging or Trailer experience preferred Physical Requirements: Standard Office Environment More than 50% of the time: Sit, stand, walk. Repetitive movement of hands, arms and legs. See, speak and hear to be able to communicate with patients. Less than 50% of the time: Stoop, kneel or crawl. Climb and balance. Carry and lift 10-20 lbs.
