â ¢ Perform daily DM outreach to warm + cold leads
â ¢ Engage with followers to build rapport, initiate conversations, and qualify leads
â ¢ Reply to coaching inquiries, redirecting qualified leads to book call
â ¢ Engage with followers via story replies, polls, comments, and IG engagement tasks
â ¢ Identify potential prospects through hashtags, comments, explore page, and brand-aligned accounts
â ¢ Track all outreach, conversations, and conversions inside the lead tracker (updated daily)
â ¢ Maintain the lead pipeline spreadsheet including: New leads, Warm leads, Active conversations, Application submissions, Call bookings, Conversions
â ¢ Update weekly KPIs, including: Lead volume, Number of conversations started, Number of qualified leads, Applications received, Calls booked, Sales closed, Revenue generated, Client retention + churn
â ¢ Provide a weekly metrics report summarizing trends, whatâ s working, and areas to optimize
â ¢ Assist with client onboarding: sending welcome emails, guides, resources, and setting up portals
â ¢ Help organize files, links, brand assets, and project workflows
â ¢ Help manage and organize Slack channels (ex: monthly themes, #decBIG3, wins, updates)
