Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
- Communicate our value proposition effectively to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on leads generated.
- Conduct follow-ups to maintain relationships with prospects and address their inquiries.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system.
- Monitor outreach results and adjust strategies as necessary for effectiveness.
- Stay informed about our offerings and industry developments to better engage with leads.
Requirements
- Experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with potential clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Benefits
Monthly salary between R20000 and R25000 depending on experience
