About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Strategy Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability by developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our business objectives. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a competitive salary of $25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide business decisions through deep understanding of business drivers and level of business impact
- Analyze complex data, connect data to insights, and create meaningful combinations of text and visual summaries
- Simplify and structure complex or ambiguous issues into insights and significant implications
- Assist in the development of North American pricing standards and understanding of the communication of value in market for all Starbucks products, within Starbucks, and with our customers and clients
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including volume, revenue, and share growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve processes
- Provide coaching, training, and development to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, finance, or economics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic planning or business development role, preferably in the retail or food industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to coach, train, and develop team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field, such as MBA or Master's in Business Administration
- Experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software applications
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including the ability to develop and maintain databases and reports
- Knowledge of the coffee industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics
