In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of business enabling services that ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data and analytical skills, a deep understanding of general business and financial aspects, and a proven ability to interpret and enhance processes. ? What Youll Do for Us ? Utilize your hands-on (business and financial) skills in Microsoft and GME tools to prepare business reports, perform analysis, and track various elements of GME operations. ? Provide data and insights to support the quarterly review of preferred suppliers. ? Analyze project volume, spend, and staffing models across regions within GME. ? Develop reporting systems architecture, report design, data storytelling, and presentation. ? Produce and review analyses that require application of financial concepts and/or tools. ? Support continuous improvement strategy through financial analysis and ad hoc reporting. ? Develop and deploy solutions to mitigate risk and execute opportunities. ? Produce and review completed analyses that require application of financial concepts and/or tools. ? Develop strategies to enhance relationships with strategic partners and suppliers. Requirements & Qualifications ? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. ? Proven experience in business management and data analysis ? Robust knowledge of business process strategy and improvement methodologies ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines. ? Skills: Pay Range: $85,900 - $103,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 7.5 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
