I’m looking for an experienced Amazon Seller Central expert to help manage and upload products using flat files and handle bulk product listings efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central for dropshipping or FBM accounts, understands Amazon compliance, and can update inventory daily using flat files without errors.
Key Responsibilities
Create and upload bulk product listings using Amazon flat files
Manage large-volume product uploads efficiently
Update pricing, inventory levels, and product details daily via flat files
Handle variation listings, parent/child relationships
Ensure compliance with Amazon category requirements
Troubleshoot flat file errors and upload issues
Maintain clean, organized, and error-free listings
Work within Amazon Seller Central (FBM / dropshipping)
Required Experience
Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central
Strong expertise in Amazon flat files (bulk upload templates)
Experience managing dropshipping or FBM accounts
Ability to handle high-volume product uploads
Knowledge of category-specific flat file requirements
Familiar with inventory feed updates & error resolution
Detail-oriented and reliable with daily updates
Nice to Have
Experience with fine jewelry or regulated categories
Familiarity with Amazon compliance & account health
Experience scaling listings for high-SKU accounts
