KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Resolve policy cases, appeals, and account health issues (suspensions, removals, violations)
- Manage and track FBA reimbursements and inventory adjustments
- Handle stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and back-end attributes
- Work with flat file uploads, variation listings, and category-specific templates
- Stay current with Amazon policies and implement changes proactively
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive hands-on experience with Seller Central
- Proven track record handling complex Amazon issues
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Clear written communication in English
