About the position Hulu's marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships. This role involves a variety of administrative and supportive tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring a proactive and organized individual who can manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Responsibilities ? Handle complex scheduling responsibilities with exceptional attention to detail. , ? Support the full social department with various tasks including opening social handles and processing contracts. , ? Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. , ? Prepare and manage expense reports. , ? Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, securing and planning space, and facilitating content development. , ? Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items. Requirements ? 1+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. , ? Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. , ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. , ? Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects. , ? Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs. Nice-to-haves ? 2+ years of administrative experience in entertainment. , ?
