Key Responsibilities • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs and pain points • Deliver compelling product demos tailored to business use cases • Manage objections and guide prospects through decision-making • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting • Collaborate with marketing and customer success for smooth onboarding • Build repeatable sales playbooks and improve conversion processes ________________________________________ What You’ll Be Measured On • Conversion rate from inbound leads to closed deals • Sales cycle efficiency and deal velocity • Pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy • Revenue contribution and quota attainment • Customer quality and retention signals What We’re Looking For • Proven experience in full-cycle B2B sales (preferably SaaS or services) • Strong ability to manage inbound leads and convert efficiently • Excellent communication and storytelling skills • High level of ownership, discipline, and accountability • Coachable mindset with a willingness to iterate and improve • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Requirements
• End-to-end sales cycle: discovery, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close
• Managing and converting 50+ warm inbound leads per month
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline with consistent follow-ups
• Turning “not now” into future opportunities through structured nurturing
• Driving revenue through disciplined execution and strong deal management
