Responsibilities: ? - Perform various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing emails ? Type and draft documents, reports, and correspondence with speed and accuracy ? Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for important company documents ? Answer and direct incoming calls and messages to the appropriate team members ? Assist with data entry and data management projects ? Prepare and distribute company memos, newsletters, and other important communications ? Collaborate with team members on special projects and events ? Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed Requirements: ? - High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred ? Strong computer and typing skills with the ability to type at least 50 words per minute ? Excellent organizational and time-management skills ? Proven experience in a similar administrative role is a plus ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ? Ability to work independently and in a team environment ?
