The Mom Project is excited to partner with Rust-Oleum in their search for a Customer Service Representative. This is a hybrid setup with 2 days remote and 3 days onsite in Chicago, IL . Rust-Oleum... The Role As our Customer Service Representative , you?re there to handle anything, good or bad, for sales representatives, distributors, and dealers that will keep orders on track and on time. The customer is everything at Rust-Oleum, and we?re here to take care of them. To thrive in this role, you must have some customer service experience and be willing to roll up your sleeves and take on new challenges. As our Customer Service Representative, each challenge we encounter is a little different. Here?s what you can expect every day Customers are our number one priority. You?ll learn our standards and make sure we meet them in each interaction A team you can rely on.
