Description: ? Manages and leads collaborative business planning with strategic goals to develop and execute key partnership initiatives. ? Contacts/visits customers to identify strategic direction, problem areas, and opportunities for product growth. ? Develops Account Business Plans including goals, key initiatives, and new product recommendations. ? Develops relationships with key decision makers, both internal and external. ? Collaborates with local bottling partners and builds sales capability. ? Develops direct supply chain strategy for driving efficiencies. ? Keeps abreast of competitive activities and communicates appropriately. ? Collaborates with cross-functional representatives to ensure resource delivery. ? Leads stewardship routines that measure partners? activities against agreed plans. ? Activates category innovations at national and local levels. ? Champions change to eliminate barriers to provide the highest level of distributor service. Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience is required. ? At least 5 years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries. ? Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects. ? Knowledge of relationship management and third-party supplier/contractor culture and core competencies is required. ? Understanding of supplier capabilities and performance to enhance and manage relationships, specifically with foodservice distributor suppliers. ? Supply Chain operations and transportation expertise needed. ? Ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain support from all parties. ?
