Engage professionally with potential clients, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries. ? Lead Follow-Up & Organization ? Keep lead databases updated, follow up on potential clients, and streamline scheduling. ? Appointment Coordination ? Confirm and manage appointments for a seamless client experience. ? Bilingual Communication ? Fluent English & Spanish a MUST ? Sales & Persuasion ? Confidently address client needs and encourage them to book appointments. ? Record-Keeping & Reporting ? Maintain CRM/Data records, document call outcomes, and update lead progress. Skills ? Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. ? Experience in Call Centers or Sales ? Background in appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing. - MUST ? Fluent in English & Spanish ? Strong verbal communication in both is a MUST ?
