Actively engage with potential clients to identify their needs and promote our products/services. ? Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. ? Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. ? Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding product features, pricing, and availability. ? Work closely with marketing teams to support lead generation activities and campaigns. ? Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. ? Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Qualifications: ? Proven experience as a Sales Associate ? Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) to manage sales processes and customer relationships. ?
