About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Clinical Transformation - Pharmacy at Innovaccer, you'll be instrumental in driving success for our pharmacy customers. This isn't just about managing relationships; it's about becoming a deeply embedded, trusted advisor who understands their operations and clinical needs. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Clinical Transformation - Pharmacy to identify and unlock significant value opportunities using Innovaccer's product suite across both payer and provider enterprises, ultimately fostering long-term growth and partnership.

A Day in the Life
Quality Measure
- Serve as the quality measure subject matter expert for the team.
- Update and review quality measures for the organization.
- Provide education and training to internal users regarding quality measures.
- Collaborate internally with development and product teams.
- Manage relationships with measure accreditation organizations (e.g., NCQA, PQA).
- Oversee Data Aggregator Certification status and compliance.
Relationship Development
- Closely support Customer Success teams in managing relationships with pharmacy and payer customers.
- Maintain consistent communication and engagement with end users.
Goal and Requirement Understanding
- Understand pharmacy customers’ goals, requirements, and evolving needs to align with Innovaccer’s payer and provider solutions.
- Understand payer program goals and ensure pharmacies exceed expectations for program engagement and outcomes.
Value Opportunity Identification and Realization
- Identify opportunities for pharmacy customers and communicate value derived from Innovaccer’s products and services.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client account meetings to highlight impact.
Change Management
- Manage support for significant product requirement changes affecting customer utilization of EQUIPP.
- Ensure customers adapt to changes in data usage, product functionality, or skills required to fully leverage Innovaccer products.
Clinical Training and Education
- Assist in the development, oversight, and management of clinical training and education resources.
- Support end-user certifications and upskilling initiatives.
- Enable customers to maximize the impact of non-dispensing revenue streams from a clinical perspective.
Identifying and Nurturing Growth Opportunities
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to foster and grow relationships with pharmacy customers.
- Identify upsell opportunities to expand Innovaccer’s footprint.
What You Need
- Graduate degree/ PharmD required
- Healthcare work experience of 5-10 years. Consulting experience preferred
- Background in pharmacy quality measures, preferred
- Strong clinical skills with demonstrated success in developing or managing medication-related clinical pathways.
- Great work ethic and proven leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and present complex business reviews/presentations
- Strong organizational and relationship building skills
- Ability to develop business and nurture relationships within the accounts
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skill
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability with demonstrated hands-on work experience in data analytics
