About the role: Turing.com is looking for a Lead Data Analyst who will be responsible for a variety of reporting, descriptive, and predictive analytics techniques while maintaining a strict emphasis on business results Job Responsibilities: - Take responsibility for a variety of reporting, descriptive, and predictive analytics techniques while maintaining a strict emphasis on business results - Utilize advanced analytics to aid in the creation, growth, and scaling of new analytics solutions - Learn how to use a variety of data sources, analyze them, and know when, how, and which ones to use and which ones to avoid at any given time - Use a combination of tools, data analysis techniques, and data science methodology to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from diverse sources in order to spot trends and draw insightful conclusions - Create algorithms, predictive models, and bespoke analysis using data modeling procedures - Foster insights innovation while coordinating with both tactical and strategic corporate insights initiatives - Make sure insights are both actionable and measurable, and develop these hypotheses with an understanding of their application in real life and their commercial ramifications - Work together with customers to identify and implement the crucial insights needed to make wise business decisions - Be a technical lead who is capable of driving and developing insights from conception to release Job Requirements: - Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience). - At least 5+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist/Data Analyst. - 5+ years of experience working with SQL programming. - 2+ years of experience managing a team of at least five people. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Strong business sense combined with data analytic abilities to identify the most significant questions to ask from the dataset, provide clear answers, and explain the key findings. - Outstanding communication abilities to work with researchers and stakeholders in an efficient manner. - Nice to have some Python experience. - Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
