Stay up-to-date with Southwest Airlines policies, products, and services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor?s degree preferred). Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or support role (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service tools. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
