Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, deliver effective solutions, and contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities ? Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. ? Address and resolve customer concerns with a focus on first-contact resolution. ? Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions in the CRM (Freshchat) system. ? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex issues. ? Provide detailed product and service information to customers, catering to their specific needs. ? Gather and document customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts. ? Assist in the development of self-service tools such as FAQs and knowledge base articles. Qualifications and Skills ? Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role. ? Fluency in Hindi and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. ? Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional organizational skills. ? Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. ? A customer-first mindset, displaying empathy and patience in every interaction.
