Provide virtual instruction and support to students with special needs, both individually and in small groups. ? Adapt and modify instructional materials and strategies to meet the unique learning needs of students with disabilities. ? Utilize virtual platforms effectively for delivering instruction and engaging students in virtual learning activities. ? Monitor student progress, assess their strengths and challenges, and provide ongoing feedback and support. ? Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and other members of the education team to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
